Equity Committees
Purpose
The purpose of the chapter equity committees would be to provide advice and consultation to the board of directors. The executive director would be the staff liaison to these committees. Activities of the committees would include:
- Linkage with national counterparts
- Review of Delegate Assembly Policies
- Advocacy with members
- Linkage with advocacy groups
- Input to strategic planning process of chapter
- Development & maintenance of web pages
- Board Training
- Equity Committee Chairs
- Cultural Diversity
